Company Overview

Corpus Resources is a UK listed global upstream energy and resources company focused in the natural resources space, specifically, the oil and gas sector, although, resource mining projects will also be considered. Corpus’s geographic focus includes, but is not limited to, Malaysia, Namibia and Eastern Europe.

Corpus Resources aims to create shareholder value by building a balanced portfolio of high-quality resources and energy development and production assets. Our initial focus is on projects that have existing production or are near production.

Founded in 2016 and listed in the UK on the London Stock Exchange in 2017 (as Curzon Energy plc), Corpus Resources has rebranded and repositioned itself with an new and experienced board and advisory team holding geological, engineering, production, planning, logistical and financial experience and skills.

The energy transition agenda creates opportunities as industry participants elect to exit the energy sector, with late-life-assets (with high existing embedded carbon footprints) providing value opportunities with significantly reduced carbon footprint. Furthermore, resources associated with the energy transition agenda are of strategic importance.

In assessing opportunities, the board and advisory team aim to identify and evaluate licence interests, licence assets and physical infrastructure assets that are currently producing, have the potential for rapid development or where there is scope for turnaround.

Key objectives are to mitigate risk, focus on cash flow generation and provide progressive returns to our shareholders.
